Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a retail team in Dubai, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store hygiene. This role focuses on optimizing inventory, minimizing loss, and continuously improving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, merchandising standards, hygiene and safety.
• Drive sales performance, achieve revenue targets and maintain operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory control, replenishment, stock rotation, product availability and loss‑prevention measures.
• Handle cash operations accurately and maintain financial integrity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complaints and support retention initiatives.
• Maintain store presentation, planograms, pricing and asset upkeep.
• Lead, coach and develop the store team through scheduling, performance management and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar managerial role and at least 4 years in retail.
• Proven ability to meet sales, customer satisfaction and inventory metrics.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control and loss prevention.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team‑development capabilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and multitasking skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
