About the role

Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team in Dubai is seeking a Strategic Account Manager focused on the retail sector. You will partner with large, strategic customers to drive transformation initiatives around AI, Copilot, and Security, helping them achieve business outcomes while growing Microsoft’s revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and empower cross‑functional account teams to deliver business growth.
• Execute Go‑to‑Market strategies across the full customer lifecycle.
• Engage C‑Level executives and senior decision‑makers to accelerate satisfaction and adoption.
• Maximize customer spend, achieve billed revenue, consumption, and adoption targets.
• Collaborate with internal partners to create value for customers and Microsoft.
• Develop compelling business cases, value‑proposition presentations, and specialized account plans.

• Proven track record of driving market‑share growth and meeting sales targets.
• Strong customer‑obsession and ability to build executive relationships.
• Extensive network and experience selling enterprise solutions.
• Ability to align multi‑level stakeholder goals and secure buy‑in.
