Strategy Affairs Specialist

About the role

A Strategy Affairs professional is sought based in Abu Dhabi to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. The role relies on analytical, reporting and project management skills to drive data-driven decisions and build stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic planning and decision frameworks
• Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards using Excel and business intelligence tools
• Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines and deliverables
• Manage strategic projects from initiation to closure, on time and on budget
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, presentations and workshops to gather requirements and align priorities
• Track and communicate key performance indicators, spot trends and recommend corrective actions
• Support the preparation of strategic plans, business cases and executive summaries
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in strategy, business intelligence or consulting roles
• Project management capability with strong organizational skills
• Stakeholder management experience in a multicultural corporate environment
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail

Required skills

• Data analysis and reporting, including Excel and BI platforms
• Executive-level presentation skills
• Verbal and written communication

Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in strategic management; PMP or PRINCE2 certification; experience in the UAE or Gulf region; advanced BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or QlikView; Arabic.
