Strategy Manager – Agile Transformation

About the role

The Strategy Manager will act as a senior Agile lead and transformation driver within ADSS Global, overseeing the implementation of scalable project‑management frameworks and embedding Agile delivery practices across business and technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑departmental strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s transformation roadmap.
• Own the Agile process, defining sprint structures, backlog management and retrospectives for all project teams.
• Partner with product, commercial and technology heads to translate strategic goals into executable initiatives with clear KPIs.
• Design and implement a hybrid delivery framework that blends Agile, Scrum and Lean principles.
• Maintain delivery artifacts such as roadmaps, RAID logs and dashboards in JIRA and Confluence.
• Establish standardized reporting cadences for executive and steering committees and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in program and project management within a transformation environment.
• Proven track record of leading Agile teams and driving cross‑functional execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience reporting to senior leadership.
