Supply Chain Manager – Solar EPC

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain processes for solar EPC projects, ensuring timely and cost‑effective procurement and delivery of materials, components and services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement of solar equipment, materials and services, negotiate contracts and monitor market trends for cost‑saving opportunities.
• Oversee logistics, transportation and warehousing to guarantee on‑time delivery to project sites while managing costs and risks.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews and resolve quality or delivery issues.
• Manage inventory levels, implement optimisation techniques and control excess stock.
• Continuously evaluate cost‑reduction strategies, monitor budgets and mitigate supply‑chain risks.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a team of supply‑chain professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of supply‑chain experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy or EPC sectors.
• Relevant certification such as CSCP or CPSM.
