Supply Chain Traineeship – Luxury Retail

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group’s High‑End Luxury team as a Supply Chain Trainee and gain hands‑on exposure to the end‑to‑end logistics that power luxury retail across the Middle East. This 12‑month traineeship rotates you through key supply‑chain functions, allowing you to understand how products move from suppliers to stores and how stock allocation drives business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support stock allocation by coordinating movement of inventory from warehouses to retail locations.
• Assist with day‑to‑day warehouse operations and maintain accurate stock requirement trackers.
• Help manage operational and packaging materials such as shopping bags, stickers, and wrapping paper.
• Coordinate ordering of materials with suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain Excel trackers and contribute to allocation reporting.
• Gain exposure to supply‑chain planning tools, including Blue Yonder.

Required profile

• Curious, organized and analytical mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in luxury retail and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Blue Yonder or similar supply‑chain planning software.
