Supply & Inventory Planner – Emiratisation (Fresh Graduates)

About the role

Are you passionate about supply chain and eager to start a career with one of the UAE’s leading automotive groups? As an Emiratisation Supply & Inventory Planner you will help ensure the right spare parts reach the right locations on time, supporting Al Futtaim Automotive’s regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and purchase spare parts from global suppliers.
• Track orders, ensure timely arrival and prevent stock‑outs.
• Optimize inventory levels to reduce excess and obsolete stock.
• Support logistics for smooth inbound operations.
• Use data dashboards to continuously improve planning processes.

Required profile

• UAE nationals (Emiratization) with a passion for supply chain or operations.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2–5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office.
• Eagerness to learn forecasting, planning systems and process improvements.
