About the role
Our client, a multi‑strategy proprietary trading firm based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Systematic Trader focused on Indian markets. The role offers a collaborative, research‑driven environment with strong infrastructure, access to capital, and the ability to scale strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Apply systematic trading techniques to the Indian equity markets (NSE/BSE).
- Generate consistent trading P&L as part of the firm’s multi‑strategy portfolio.
- Conduct research and analytical work to support strategy development and optimisation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of live professional systematic trading experience.
- Proven track record of generating consistent trading P&L.
- Experience trading Indian markets (NSE/BSE).
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Quantitative academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Required skills
- Programming in Python.
- Programming in C++ (or strong knowledge of Python/C++).
