Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo: Introduce the platform to your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate Connections: Explain how Flowmingo fits into hiring workflows and support new users.
• Provide Feedback: Relay insights from contacts to help improve the product.
• Earn Commissions: Receive payment for each successful client referral and onboarding bonus for your own company.

Required profile

• HR professional, recruiter, or consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
