About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager for Employee Culture & Internal Communications to join its People & Culture team. The role will support the development and delivery of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives for the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

  • Support execution of the internal communications strategy aligned with organisational goals and culture.
  • Draft, edit and coordinate internal communication materials such as announcements, newsletters, email campaigns, presentations and leadership messages.
  • Maintain consistency of tone, messaging and brand voice across all internal channels.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication across platforms.
  • Oversee the internal engagement platform and app, including activation, content maintenance and engagement tracking.
  • Identify and develop internal storytelling content through interviews and multi‑channel distribution.
  • Assist in planning and delivering employee engagement campaigns, initiatives and internal events.
  • Provide communications support for change‑management initiatives.
  • Partner with People & Culture stakeholders to translate policies and updates into clear employee communications.
  • Collect employee feedback and engagement insights to improve programs.
  • Promote the Employee Value Proposition through storytelling and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing on employer‑branding content and internal advocacy initiatives.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, culture, HR communications or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience managing internal communication platforms and multi‑channel content.
  • Experience supporting internal events.
