About the role
The Customer‑Facing Learning & Development Specialist will design, deliver and continuously improve coffee‑expertise training programmes for Nespresso UAE, while acting as a local coffee ambassador both inside the company and at external events.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the Coffee Expertise Training Programme in partnership with HR.
- Design and execute the annual L&D strategy focused on building coffee capability.
- Deliver workshops, training sessions and train‑the‑trainer programmes.
- Monitor training effectiveness, track KPIs such as completion rates, certification levels and impact.
- Foster a strong coffee culture and develop the internal Coffee Bard network.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of all coffee‑related training materials and adapt global content for the UAE market.
- Represent Nespresso as a coffee‑expertise ambassador at workshops, events and selected external engagements.
Required profile
- Strong experience in Learning & Development, training or capability building.
- Proven ability to deliver training programmes and coach individuals or teams.
- Background in coffee, hospitality, retail or premium customer experience is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence and engage without direct authority.
