Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to lead white‑collar recruitment for our Abu Dhabi operations. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and hiring professional and managerial‑level candidates for the Services sector. Immediate availability and possession of a valid UAE visa are required.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft detailed job descriptions.
• Utilize online sourcing, networking, referrals and headhunting to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
• Facilitate decision‑making, negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and adopt best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the Services sector.
• Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruitment and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Fluent English; candidates must hold their own or a cancelled UAE visa.
