Talent Acquisition Officer – Construction Recruitment

About the role

Ancient Builders is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to lead the recruitment of construction professionals for its Dubai operations. The successful candidate will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring the company attracts and secures top talent in the fast‑moving real‑estate and construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of construction roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline and manage the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interview schedules, conduct reference checks and facilitate offer negotiations.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company hiring policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably within construction or real‑estate.
• Demonstrated success in hiring skilled construction professionals.
• Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability to join the team.
