About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle for its diverse portfolio of world‑class attractions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align hiring plans with business objectives.
• Champion employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and apply insights to improve processes.
• Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
