Talent Development Lead

About the role

As a Talent Development Lead you will shape and deliver Miral Experiences’ learning and development strategy, partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders across parks and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify learning needs and align development initiatives with business goals.
• Manage the full learning cycle: analysis, design, facilitation, implementation, and evaluation.
• Design and deliver classroom, virtual and blended learning solutions.
• Facilitate workshops on leadership, soft skills, professional development and organisational effectiveness.
• Create digital learning content using Articulate, VYond and other e‑learning platforms.
• Support Individual Development Plan implementation and maintain accurate learning records.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement and park visits.
• Contribute to Emiratization, internship, cross‑training and multi‑skilling programmes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Train‑the‑Trainer certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, entertainment or theme‑park environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate and VYond.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ADDIE methodology.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to conduct Learning Needs Analysis and apply facilitation techniques.
