About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Head Office team in Dubai. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring talent for the company’s diverse hospitality portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for hospitality positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates in line with company standards.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the UAE.
- Mandatory experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Currently based in Dubai.
