Talent Acquisition Specialist – Permanent & Executive Recruitment

About the role

Terracotta is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive permanent and executive recruitment across the Middle East. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will act as a central pillar of our recruitment function, collaborating closely with business development, management, and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for permanent and executive positions.
• Partner with management and business development teams to align hiring strategies with growth objectives.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple industries.
• Conduct interviews and ensure delivery of high‑quality hires.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency environment (permanent recruitment or outsourcing).
• Proven experience recruiting across diverse industries in the Middle East.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field.
