Tax Manager – UAE Corporate Tax & VAT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our professional team in Dubai. The role focuses on UAE corporate tax, VAT and external audit engagements, ensuring full regulatory compliance and providing strategic tax advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and other applicable taxes.
• Manage and review VAT and Corporate Tax registrations, filings and returns.
• Handle FTA audits, assessments, objections and clarifications.
• Advise clients on tax planning, structuring and compliance strategies.
• Prepare and review tax computation workings and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of proven experience in taxation and external auditing in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certifications (CA, CPA, UAE Corporate Tax Diploma) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and report‑writing abilities.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
