About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Tax Officer to join a leading organization in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on VAT, Corporate Tax and Excise Tax compliance, supporting the finance team in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and support VAT, Corporate Tax and Excise Tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations.
- Assist tax, internal and statutory audits.
- Review financial reports and analyse tax implications.
- Help develop tax policies, processes and controls.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and tax authorities as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across reporting processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of tax liabilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in VAT and accounting functions.
- Good understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Tax diploma or professional certification is an advantage.
Required skills
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
