About the role
Cranleigh Abu Dhabi is seeking a UAE‑national Teaching Assistant to join its vibrant team from August. The role supports learning across the curriculum and contributes to the school’s culture of excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Support learning by working with groups or individuals, preparing resources, setting up the classroom and creating displays.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, supervise them during breaks, trips and transitions, and manage behaviour positively.
- Collaborate closely with class teachers, maintain confidentiality, seek professional development and report pupil concerns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum education requirement).
- Previous experience in an education environment is desirable.
- UAE national able to develop positive relationships with students, staff and parents, demonstrate initiative, flexibility and a positive attitude, and support children to become independent learners.
