About the role

Star International School is seeking qualified educators for a range of teaching positions across its Al Twar and Mirdif campuses in Dubai, starting August 2026. Candidates will join a vibrant, international community dedicated to delivering high‑quality, student‑centred learning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess curriculum-aligned lessons that promote academic, social and emotional growth.
• Implement innovative, student‑focused pedagogical practices and monitor academic results.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate teaching staff; lead pedagogical meetings.
• Oversee student progress, provide support for diverse learning needs, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
• Maintain regular communication with families, participate in parent meetings and school events.
• Prepare academic reports, manage timetables, assessments and ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, UK QTS or equivalent.
• Valid teaching certification or license as required locally.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in bilingual or international schools.
• Strong classroom management, knowledge of child development and age‑appropriate methodologies.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.
