Team Leader Front Services

About the role

Atlantis Resorts is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage its Front Services team at the luxury Atlantis, The Royal resort in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in delivering five‑star guest experiences while supporting the Assistant Manager and Manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Front Services team, ensuring high standards of guest service.
• Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager in running front‑door, bell, and transportation operations.
• Train and update colleagues on technical procedures and service delivery to meet international five‑star standards.
• Oversee service provider utilization, health and safety compliance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain visibility on the front of house to guide staff and address guest needs promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout the resort.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
• Strong leadership presence on the front of house.
• Organised, guest‑focused and able to teach and motivate a team.
• Previous experience in a similar front‑of‑house supervisory role.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑profile luxury environment.
