Team Leader – Terminal Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee terminal supply operations at our Zakher facility. The role ensures safe receipt, storage, distribution and inventory management of petroleum products while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily terminal activities including product receipt, loading, unloading and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate demand planning with supply support, retail, corporate and aviation sales teams.
• Ensure quality control of ground products and JET A1 in line with ADNOC specifications.
• Manage control room staff schedules, training and performance.
• Oversee pipeline and marine product transfers, ensuring proper documentation and safety procedures.
• Maintain fire‑fighting systems and liaise with maintenance for equipment repairs.
• Develop, monitor and adjust KPIs, balanced scorecard and performance contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising terminal or similar supply‑chain operations.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and inventory management standards.
• Ability to lead a team, schedule staff and ensure proper training.
• Excellent communication with internal departments and external partners.
