Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Technology Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives for a large semi‑government client in Dubai. The role is a 12‑month renewable contract within the Strategy & Value Creation team, focusing on enterprise‑wide customer‑experience and CRM projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of CRM and customer‑experience technology projects, including implementations, configurations, enhancements and migrations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and requirements gathering through testing, UAT and rollout.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Control scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, ensuring critical path adherence.
• Oversee testing, UAT, configuration, migration and implementation activities.
• Manage third‑party vendors and partners, monitoring deliverables and timelines.
• Monitor project financials, commercial terms and change‑management activities.
• Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders and drive communication across business units.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise‑wide technology and application projects.
• Experience with large‑scale CRM implementations and customer‑experience initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with senior business leaders and technical teams.
• Excellent risk, issue and dependency management capabilities.
