About the role

Inspire Selection, a boutique recruitment agency in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant / Manager to develop and grow its Technology/IT desk. The role combines full‑cycle recruitment with business development and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Technology/IT recruitment desk, building a personal client portfolio.
• Proactively win new business, negotiate terms, and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from sourcing and headhunting to placement and client/candidate experience.
• Attend networking and industry events to generate leads and strengthen the agency’s market presence.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of agency recruitment experience specialising in Technology/IT.
• Proven track record of winning new business and strong commercial drive.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
