Tele Sales Executive – Arabic Candidate

About the role
We are seeking motivated Arabic‑speaking Tele Sales Executives to join our retail sales team in the UAE. You will engage Arabic‑speaking customers across the GCC, present our product offerings and convert inbound and outbound leads into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Engage Arabic‑speaking customers across the GCC via phone.
- Present product offerings and answer customer queries.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports and documentation using MS Office.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent English written and verbal skills.
- Professional and courteous phone manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and provide high‑level customer service.
- Motivated to achieve and over‑achieve set targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with a CRM system (advantageous).
What we offer
- 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
