Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone and email support with an upbeat, friendly attitude, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, amenities and operations.
• Support emergency response by relaying accurate, detailed information to the appropriate teams.
• Leverage communication tools such as the PBX system, computer applications and other technology to support daily operations.
