Telesales Executive

About the role

Danube Properties is seeking a proactive Telesales Executive to drive outbound outreach, introduce our projects and services, and schedule appointments for the Sales Manager. You will play a key role in nurturing leads and converting them into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to leads, presenting projects and services.
• Follow up with potential leads to nurture, qualify, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Identify and qualify leads from databases, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop a thorough understanding of offered projects to communicate features and benefits effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, addressing inquiries and delivering excellent customer service.
• Apply sales techniques such as objection handling, upselling, and cross‑selling to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, project, and support teams to align strategies and enhance the customer experience.
• Represent the company professionally, adhering to policies and ethics.
• Perform any other duties assigned within the portfolio.
