Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team in the UAE. The role focuses on generating new leads, nurturing prospects, and converting inquiries into sales through high‑volume outbound calling.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new leads.
• Follow up with existing leads and potential customers.
• Explain company services and offers clearly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert calls and inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups and achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Record calls, leads, and interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Track lead progress and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or sales (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Confident, professional telephone manner and ability to handle high call volumes.
• Strong follow‑up and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Target‑driven, motivated to achieve sales goals and resilient to rejection.
• Good organizational and reporting abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
