Telesales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

A client of the recruiter is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and results-driven Telesales Executive to join its growing sales team in Dubai. You will contact potential clients, generate qualified leads, promote off-plan real estate developments and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and investors to promote real estate projects
• Generate and qualify leads through effective telephone communication
• Explain property features, investment opportunities and available payment plans
• Schedule appointments and property presentations for the sales team
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM system
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally
• Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversions
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
• Stay updated on current real estate projects, promotions and market trends

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or real estate sales is preferred
• Experience in the UAE real estate industry is an added advantage
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and customer-handling abilities
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
