Telesales Representative – Real Estate

About the role

Keyway Real Estate LLC is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join its Dubai office. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling both inbound and outbound calls to promote property listings, qualify leads, and arrange viewings or consultations for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries about property listings.
• Explain features and benefits of properties, answer client questions, and schedule viewings.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads to convert prospects into active clients.
• Collaborate closely with sales and leasing teams to ensure seamless hand‑over of qualified leads.
• Adhere to scripts, compliance standards, and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of telesales processes.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with professional phone etiquette.
• Customer‑service mindset and ability to resolve client inquiries.
• Sales orientation with persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn scripts and participate in ongoing training.
• Previous experience in telesales, call centres, or real‑estate sales is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, punctual and reliable.
• Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Russian) is advantageous.
