Territory Sales Manager – Diabetes (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead the promotion and adoption of its continuous glucose monitoring solutions across Abu Dhabi. You will act as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and government accounts, delivering training, support, and strategic partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive recommendations and usage of Dexcom diabetes products among HCPs and patients.
• Provide product training and in‑service support (up to 15% of time) to clinicians and patients.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with government health accounts.
• Plan and execute territory coverage based on customer and business priorities.
• Utilise the CRM system daily to track activities, identify opportunities, and report progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and influence clinicians.
• Proven ability to manage a territory independently and meet sales targets.
