Third-Party Inspection Services Manager – Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Third‑Party Inspection Services Manager to lead onshore and offshore inspection projects for ADNOC and its group companies. The role oversees end‑to‑end delivery of inspection services, ensuring safety, quality, commercial performance and compliance with international and ADNOC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, mobilise, execute and close third‑party inspection projects across onshore and offshore facilities.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining effective communication with ADNOC, EPC contractors and major operators.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Coordinate inspection manpower, equipment, logistics, subcontractors and specialist resources.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to identify service‑delivery improvements and portfolio expansion.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, tenders and quotations.
• Participate in client meetings, tender clarifications and contract negotiations.
• Lead inspection teams, monitor profitability, utilisation, costs and resource deployment.
• Review budgets, control expenses, and ensure timely invoicing and client documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing third‑party inspection services in the oil & gas sector.
• Proven track record on onshore and offshore projects for ADNOC or similar operators.
• Strong client‑relationship management and commercial acumen.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, budgets and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of international standards and ADNOC specifications.
