Tower Crane Operator

About the role

Salsabeel Holding Building Contracting is seeking a Tower Crane Operator to support safe and efficient lifting operations at its construction site in the UAE. The role involves operating tower cranes, following approved lift plans and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tower cranes safely to lift, position and lower loads according to approved lift plans.
• Perform pre‑start inspections and promptly report any mechanical, electrical or structural defects.
• Coordinate with signalers, riggers, supervisors and other site personnel using established signals or radio communication.
• Maintain accurate operating and inspection records and support routine crane maintenance activities.
• Stop operations when conditions are unsafe and adhere to site safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating tower cranes on active building or civil construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, load capacities, rigging principles and UAE construction safety standards.
• Ability to interpret lift plans, load charts and operating manuals.
• Valid UAE‑recognized crane operator certification or licence is strongly preferred.
