About the role
Rejlers International Engineering Solutions AB, which has operated in the UAE for 15 years and whose parent company has been in business for more than 84 years, offers on-the-job learning opportunities to fresh engineering graduates. The position is open to UAE nationals who want to start their career in engineering in Abu Dhabi, working alongside experienced engineers on real ADNOC projects.
Required profile
- UAE national with a completed degree in any engineering discipline, eligible to work in the UAE
- Age between 20 and 30 years
- Passion for learning and a drive to contribute to the engineering sector
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to share new ideas
- Quality and safety as part of professional practice
