Trainer, Counter Intrusion

About the role

As a Counter Intrusion Trainer you will support Anduril’s Counter Intrusion Business by planning, resourcing, and delivering technical instruction for Middle‑East military users. You will act as a subject‑matter expert on Anduril’s CUAS systems, training international end‑users in potentially hazardous operational environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive technical training, including New Equipment Training and Train‑the‑Trainer courses, for operators and maintainers.
• Design and conduct hands‑on instruction, simulated scenarios, and practical exercises at customer sites, hazard zones, and Anduril test sites.
• Create and maintain training collateral, curricula, and version‑controlled repositories for air‑defense systems.
• Collaborate with program teams, engineers, and product developers to capture updates and translate system capabilities into learning objectives.
• Serve as the voice of customers, gathering feedback and informing product development.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technical training to international users in the Middle East.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including extended stays in hazard zones.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Strong initiative, cross‑functional collaboration skills, and a passion for advancing allied military capabilities.

Required skills

• Expertise in Counter‑Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) principles.
• Knowledge of air‑defense technology, autonomous systems, advanced C2 and electronic warfare.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware/software integration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Testing and validation of RF systems.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
