Training Officer – Aviation Compliance (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Training Officer to ensure crew training programmes meet national and international aviation regulations. The role focuses on compliance, governance, and data‑driven reporting to support audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all crew training activities comply with applicable aviation regulations.
• Develop, implement and maintain training processes, workflows and governance standards.
• Design and use data analysis tools to monitor compliance and produce insightful reports.
• Address audit findings, resolve non‑conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for training governance and reporting.
• Collaborate with Crew Training stakeholders and follow through on assigned projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Safety Management, Training Management, Compliance Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of operational experience in training or compliance within the aviation industry.
