Travel Retail Architect Specialist

About the role

The Travel Retail Architect Specialist will support the development and delivery of Dior Parfums retail projects across a variety of store formats. Combining strategic project management with strong architectural and technical design expertise, the role ensures projects meet brand ambition, operational requirements, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead flagship projects end‑to‑end as Project Manager, from scope definition through execution, handover and post‑opening review.
• Manage B and C projects as Design Specialist, producing and adapting technical design packages for implementation.
• Translate design concepts into construction‑ready packages, creating architectural plans, layouts and technical documentation that respect local regulations and sustainability objectives.
• Review and validate drawings, materials, finishes and technical solutions to ensure durability and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with HQ architecture, purchasing, visual merchandising, construction teams, contractors and suppliers to guarantee smooth project delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, driving accountability across the full project chain and supporting tendering, procurement and site follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing retail architectural projects.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Architectural and technical design expertise with knowledge of local building regulations and sustainability goals.
