Universal Banker (UAE National)

About the role

The Universal Banker will be the primary point of contact for walk‑in customers at our Dubai branch, delivering end‑to‑end service and driving sales of the bank’s products. The role combines customer service, operational processing and business development, targeting both new and existing clients, including the Priority Segment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and direct them to appropriate services or digital channels.
• Process branch requests within SLA, such as statements, standing orders, remittances, cheque book issues, locker access and document updates using Operational CRM eForms/KOFAX.
• Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring complete documentation and correct system capture.
• Identify sales opportunities, cross‑sell asset and liability products, and acquire new‑to‑bank customers.
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly, preserving high service quality.

Required profile

• UAE national with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced branch environment and meet service targets.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.

Required skills

• Operational CRM (eForms/KOFAX) proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and procedures.
