Vendor Manager

About the role

Amazon GCC is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and creative Vendor Manager to join its Fashion business in Dubai. You will own the strategy for top vendor relationships across the MENA region, driving profitable growth while delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies that balance profitability and customer experience.
• Analyse supply/demand trends and market insights to inform decision‑making.
• Establish and negotiate strategic relationships with manufacturers and brands, launching new products.
• Own P&L management, conduct financial analysis and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Design pricing strategies and promotional campaigns in partnership with vendors and merchandising teams.
• Manage end‑to‑end inventory health, collaborating with operations to mitigate overstock and stock‑out risks.
• Lead projects that improve sourcing efficiency and overall supply‑chain performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical horsepower and solid business judgment.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation capabilities.
• Curiosity to understand how things work and a passion for a world‑class shopping experience.
• Leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon at all vendor levels.
• Experience in business analytics, strategic thinking, negotiations and operations.
