Vice President - Business Process Reengineering

About the role

RAKBANK is seeking a Vice President to lead enterprise‑wide Business Process Reengineering initiatives. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, driving automation and AI adoption, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Shared Services.
• Identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows and implement process simplification, standardisation and automation.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Partner with Technology and Data teams to deliver RPA, AI‑enabled solutions and intelligent automation.
• Develop roadmaps, governance frameworks, KPIs and value‑realisation metrics.
• Monitor outcomes, ensure measurable efficiency gains and cost optimisation.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams and manage change‑management and stakeholder engagement.
• Present progress, business cases and performance updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting or Business Transformation.
• Proven track record of leading process reengineering or operational‑excellence programmes.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Technology or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
