Vice President Group Commercial & Technology Enablement

About the role

ADNOC Group is seeking a senior leader to drive its commercial technology, digital transformation and ERP strategy across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Group Commercial Strategy & Excellence, you will ensure technology investments deliver enterprise‑wide value and support long‑term business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Group Commercial digital strategy, technology roadmap and transformation agenda.
• Define and govern commercial systems, processes and technology standards across ADNOC Group.
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics, business intelligence and data‑driven decision‑making to enhance commercial performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders in Commercial, Finance and Digital functions to optimise technology investments and business applications.
• Oversee ERP strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise outcomes.

Required profile

• 18+ years of leadership experience in procurement, commercial, supply chain or related functions.
• Proven success leading large‑scale digital transformation, ERP and analytics initiatives.
• Strong strategic, commercial and financial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience in large, complex, multinational organisations, preferably in energy, industrial or infrastructure sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Outstanding leadership, problem‑solving and change‑management capabilities.
