Vice President Infrastructure Managed Services

About the role

The Vice President of Infrastructure Managed Services will own the operation of the Group’s physical and network technology foundation, including data centres, networks, firewalls and connectivity across Aldar and its subsidiaries. The role is responsible for delivering reliable, secure and cost‑disciplined infrastructure services through outsourced managed services, ensuring the estate supports the Group’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operation of networks, firewalls, data centres and connectivity, ensuring high availability, performance and capacity.
• Direct outsourced IT Managed Services with clear scopes, service levels and performance management.
• Manage infrastructure contracts and vendor relationships, enforcing commercial discipline and resilience.
• Implement infrastructure resilience, redundancy, fail‑over and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Execute security controls in partnership with Information Security, including secure configuration, segmentation and patching.
• Drive modernization toward automation, software‑defined infrastructure and cloud alignment while controlling costs.
• Enforce Group infrastructure standards across subsidiaries and coordinate with Cloud & DevOps and Data Platforms teams.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in infrastructure operations and managed services.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale infrastructure teams and manage vendor contracts.
• Strong commercial discipline with experience in cost transparency and optimisation.
