Villa Butler – Luxury Resort Guest Service

About the role

The Villa Butler is a core member of the guest‑services team at the BVLGARI Resort on Jumeirah Bay Island. This position delivers highly personalized, seamless service to villa guests from pre‑arrival through departure, anticipating needs while remaining unobtrusive.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to brand standards.
• Anticipate, coordinate and fulfill guest requests throughout their stay.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of villas, outdoor areas, driveways, pools, gardens and pantry spaces.
• Ensure uniform, grooming and personal appearance meet BVLGARI standards.
• Assist guests with disabilities and provide clear, professional communication.
• Answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette and follow company procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
• Protect confidential information and company assets.
• Support team objectives, maintain positive working relationships and comply with quality‑assurance standards.
