About the role
Join the prestigious Nobu by the Beach team to deliver exceptional fine‑dining service in an outdoor, beachfront setting. You will support colleagues and ensure guests receive the highest standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on assistance to maintain seamless service flow and uphold fine‑dining standards.
- Monitor food and beverage consistency, escalating any major issues to management.
- Stay knowledgeable about the full menu and promotional activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a waiter in a fine‑dining restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse clientele.
- Team player able to manage multiple tasks in hot, humid outdoor conditions.
