About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress at One&Only One Za'abeel, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, personalized, and efficient service to our guests. You will guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, take orders accurately, and ensure food and beverages are served to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service to each guest.
• Explain menu items, suggest pairings, and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to luxury standards.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of all menu offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the restaurant team to create memorable moments.
• Uphold luxury hospitality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury dining environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑presented, service‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and a team‑player mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
