About the role
As a Guest Service Expert, you will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests, going beyond simply serving food and drinks. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service while maintaining a safe and professional workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables according to service standards.
- Communicate orders clearly with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
- Interact with guests, respond to their requests, and provide personalized service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and work stations.
- Manage the menu, read and verify items, and process orders accurately.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance, while navigating varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
