Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Hotel Service

About the role

Join the iconic Raffles The Palm Dubai as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering refined food and beverage service to discerning guests in a world‑class luxury resort. You will work in an elegant dining environment, representing the brand’s heritage of gracious hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and describe specials and menu items accurately.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and clear tables with professionalism.
• Operate the POS system to process sales, print checks, and complete cash‑out procedures.
• Maintain table settings, including linen, china, glassware, and silverware.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and report resolutions to the manager.
• Follow cash and credit‑card handling procedures in line with accounting guidelines.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a courteous, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, upscale environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
