Waiter/Waitress – Abu Dhabi Yas Island

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join the dining team at Hilton’s Yas Island property in Abu Dhabi. You will play a key part in delivering an excellent guest experience by serving food and beverages with professionalism and a thorough knowledge of the menu.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and manage queries promptly and courteously.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks in accordance with licensing regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all menu items and specials.
• Ensure mise‑en‑place is stocked at each station and that food and beverage orders are delivered to high standards.
• Follow reporting procedures for any issues and comply with hotel security, fire and health‑safety regulations.
• Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
