About the role
The Guest Service Expert at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai creates memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring food and drinks are served with exceptional service. This role involves a blend of table setting, guest interaction, and coordination with the kitchen.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, clean work areas, and maintain supplies throughout service.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
- Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle menu management, including reading and verifying information.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
